27-year-old Susanna Therman runs one of Finland’s biggest equestrian centers, selling out all inventory

From Childhood Dreams to CEO: Susanna Therman’s Journey in the Horse Industry

Susanna Therman, a 27-year-old with a passion for horses, took on the role of CEO at one of Finland’s largest riding schools. Despite initially having reservations about working in the horse industry, she has found fulfillment and purpose in her current role.

Therman’s journey began when she was young, and her love for horses only grew stronger as she got older. She never imagined that one day she would be running a prominent riding school, but fate had other plans for her.

Despite the long and demanding days, Therman finds satisfaction in the hard work required to run a successful riding school. From managing the day-to-day operations to overseeing the care of the horses, she is dedicated to ensuring their success.

One of Therman’s biggest challenges has been transitioning Dragonheart, her 19-year-old horse who is retiring from his racing career, into life at the riding school. However, this challenge has also been rewarding as she gets to spend quality time with him and help him adjust to his new surroundings.

Therman’s passion for horses and commitment to excellence have helped her rise to the position of CEO at a young age. With her leadership and dedication, the future looks bright for the riding school under her guidance.
