ELRC Region 5’s downtown office and satellite locations have specific hours of operation to accommodate families and professionals seeking services and support. The main office on Wood Street is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., while the hours for satellite locations can be found on the Satellite Locations page.

It’s important to note that appointments are strongly encouraged at this time to ensure safety and convenience. Virtual and phone appointments are also available for those who prefer remote services. In addition, virtual after-hours personal interviews and provider orientations can be scheduled as needed.

To accommodate busy schedules, ELRC Region 5 is now offering Tuesday evening phone hours from 5 to 7 p.m. This extended availability aims to support families and providers who may require assistance outside of regular business hours.
