Chasing Glory: Australia’s Journey to Win 7th T20 World Cup Title in Bangladesh.

The Australian women’s cricket team is aiming to win their seventh title at the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024, which will be held in Bangladesh from October 3 to 20. As the reigning champions, Australia has been placed in Group A alongside India, Pakistan, New Zealand, and a qualifier team. Australia has won six titles in the Women’s T20 World Cup so far: 2010, 2012, 2014, 2018, 2020 and most recently in 2023. Inaugural champions England (2009) and the West Indies (2016) are also among the winners of this tournament. The semi-finals of the Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 are set for October 17 and 18 with the final taking place at the Shere Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka on October 20.
