Aviation Industry Workers’ Committee to Disrupt Delivery of Hetz-3 to Germany

Aviation Industry Workers Threaten Strike over Salary Bonus Demand, Potentially Halting Production of Missile Defense Systems

The Ministry of Finance has demanded that employees of the state defense concern Aviation Industry return salary bonuses deemed to be received in violation of regulations, potentially impacting the supply of Hetz-3 missile defense systems to Germany. The working committee is strongly opposed to this demand and is considering implementing strike sanctions.

In response, the workers’ committee is threatening to halt production of Hetz-3 batteries for Germany and instead focus on producing similar batteries for the IDF. They are also planning to restrict travel abroad related to the deal with Germany. Management at the concern supports the workers’ committee’s stance due to fears that employees may leave for other companies if required to return part of their salaries.
