Joanne Gladden, who previously served as the vice president of client services at Alpha Omega, has been promoted to the role of senior vice president of climate science at the technology firm based in Vienna, Virginia. With over thirty years of industry experience in areas such as business development, program management, executive management, and project management, Gladden has worked with various government clients including the departments of Defense, Commerce, and State.
