A Month of Giving: Fundraiser Alliance Title & Escrow’s Closing the Hunger Gap Campaign and Bigfork, Columbia Falls Chamber Events

May is a busy month for the Fundraiser Alliance Title & Escrow as they host their annual Closing the Hunger Gap food drive to benefit the Flathead Food Bank. The collection of food and funds will take place throughout the month at Flathead Valley branches, and a portion of the revenue generated in May will also be donated to the cause. Drop-offs can be made during business hours, Monday to Friday, until May 31. Since 2012, this campaign has contributed 268,116 pounds of food and $377,184 to local communities in need.

Meanwhile, the Bigfork Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its May Sundowner on May 9 at 5 p.m. at Tall Pine located at 435 Grand Drive in Bigfork. This event is an opportunity for business professionals in the community to network and learn about upcoming events.

On May 14, the Columbia Falls Chamber of Commerce will hold its May membership luncheon at 11:30 a.m. at Cedar Creek Lodge, 930 Second Ave. W in Columbia Falls. The guest speaker for this event will be Doug Mitchell, the executive director of the Glacier National Park Conservancy.
