Bango Honors Champions of Racine Elementary School’s Fresh Air Science Fair

Young Scientists Celebrate Fresh Air Science Fair Victory at Julian Thomas Elementary School in Racine

On Wednesday, March 27th, fifth graders at Julian Thomas Elementary School in Racine were honored for their participation in a nearly two-month-long Fresh Air Science Fair. The event, which began on February 1st, saw students form teams and create projects that brought concepts of clean air pollution to life. Entries were judged based on the quality of research and data analysis, as well as the creativity of their presentations.

The first-place team members each received three tickets to the April 10 Bucks game against the Orlando Magic, along with transportation to and from the game and concession stand vouchers for use at Fiserv Forum during the game. Second and third place teams received Bucks merchandise as prizes.

This event was made possible through a collaboration between Modine, the Milwaukee Bucks, Racine Unified School District, and the United Way of Racine County. Congratulations to all the winners of the Fresh Air Science Fair at Julian Thomas Elementary School in Racine!
