BEMIDJI — Regardless of snowy skies and a below-zero wind chill, dozens of attendees huddled collectively in downtown Bemidji to observe the World’s Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Friday.
The climate did not cease individuals of the parade both, as a pair of Irish Setters, households decked out in inexperienced and even a person in a kilt made their means down Beltrami Avenue as sweet was tossed to kids who lined the sidewalks.

In official method, the 78-pace parade started behind a crack on the street close to Keg N’ Cork and traveled all the way in which throughout the road to Brigid’s Pub.
Following the parade, attendees have been invited to assemble round a manhole cowl and take part in a rendition of the “Hen Dance.”
