Aces release rookie Dyaisha Fair following her WNBA debut

WNBA’s Promising Rookie Dyaisha Fair Waived by Las Vegas Aces after Struggling Debut

Dyaisha Fair, a promising rookie, had an eagerly anticipated debut in the WNBA for the Las Vegas Aces. However, just one day after her debut on Saturday, she was waived from the team. In her first game, Fair struggled to keep up and only recorded two assists while missing both of her shot attempts.

Despite not seeing any action until recently, Fair was drafted by the Aces in the second round after showcasing her skills at Syracuse University where she had an impressive career. She was the third all-time leading scorer in the NCAA with 3,403 career points, following Caitlin Clark and Kelsey Plum.

The Aces have been having a successful start to the season so far, winning three out of four games. The team is determined to secure a third consecutive WNBA title this season – something that hasn’t been achieved in the league since the Houston Comets won four consecutive titles from 1997-2000. While Fair’s departure may be disappointing news for some fans, it won’t deter the team from their goal for this season.
