Picking a Candidate: Anyone But Trump or Biden

Vote for Nobody: Dallas Teacher Takes Unconventional Route to 2024 US Presidential Elections

A man from Dallas, Texas, who was formerly known as Dustin Ebey, has legally changed his name to “Literally Anybody Else” and announced his candidacy for the 2024 US presidential elections. As an elementary school teacher and former soldier, he believes that there should be a chance for individuals like himself who are fed up with the current appropriation of power by the main parties that does not benefit ordinary citizens.

He aims to reiterate the idea that “literally anybody else” would be a better option than Joe Biden or Donald Trump, framing his candidacy as a protest cry against the status quo. To get his name on the ballot in Texas, he needs to collect 113,000 signatures, but since that seems unlikely, he is campaigning for people to write “literally anybody else” on the ballot instead. His goal is to ensure that America is not forced to choose between what he calls the “debt king” and an 81-year-old candidate.

In the midst of his unconventional campaign, he is working to gather support and create awareness for his platform of offering a different choice for voters in the upcoming election. His campaign has sparked curiosity and discussion about the need for alternative voices in the political landscape, challenging traditional norms and expectations of the electoral process.
