The National Science Board (NSB) has appointed Heather Wilson, president of UTEP, as one of its members. When reached for comment on her dual roles at UTEP and the NSB, a spokesperson from UTEP informed us that Heather Wilson was unavailable for an interview due to her travel schedule.
