Unlocking Holistic Health Services: Trillium Health Resources Launches New Tailored Plan for Uninsured and At-Risk Communities
Trillium Health Resources, a healthcare organization in the east, has announced the launch of a new healthcare plan focused on behavioral health. The plan, known as the Behavioral Health and Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Tailored Plan or Trillium Tailored Plan, aims to help people manage their behavioral and physical health services effectively.
Trillium Health Resources supports individuals with substance abuse, mental illness, and intellectual/developmental disabilities as a specialty care manager. This new plan is specifically tailored for those uninsured, on Medicaid, or dealing with serious mental illness, severe substance use disorders, intellectual/developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, NC Innovations Waiver members, and those on the waitlist.
