Transforming the Future of Work: Innovative Discussions on Skills, Labor Law, and Youth Development

In the distinguished setting of the Chamber of Deputies, a technical table sponsored by ANGI – National Association of Young Innovators in collaboration with Cafasso & Figli studio was held on Wednesday, July 3. The objective of this initiative was to gather experts, academics, businesses, and institutions to discuss the world of work, the development of new skills, labor law perspectives and their implications for young people and businesses.

The proceedings began with remarks from ANGI delegates represented by President Gabriele Ferrieri and member Alessandro del Frate. Institutional greetings were also given by Hon. Alessandro Giglio Vigna, President of the European Affairs Commission of the Chamber of Deputies, and Hon. Walter Rizzetto, President of the Public and Private Work Commission of the Chamber of Deputies.

Professor Nino Carmine Cafasso, President of AIS (Associazione Imprese di Servizi), Employment Lawyer, and Labor Consultant highlighted some significant points regarding work such as Zes (Special Economic Zones), AI role in it, public-private partnerships through project financing, and employment prospects concerning cohesion decree.

Representatives from various institutions and businesses also shared their insights on topics related to work skills investments and new professions. The roundtable aimed to focus on prospects for the world of work new skills opportunities for new professions while also bringing forth ideas that could benefit businesses young talents alike.

In conclusion, President Gabriele Ferrieri expressed his satisfaction with the participation in this roundtable and thanked all those involved as well as parliamentary institutions at the Chamber. The goal behind these discussions was clear: support for innovation collaboration within business education youth development through a better world or work experience.
