Kelvin Banks was the first Texas player to appear on the list at No. 10, making him the second-highest-rated tackle behind LSU’s Will Campbell. Isaiah Bond followed at No. 14, and Quinn Ewers at No. 15. Ewers is recognized as one of the top returning quarterbacks in the nation. He ranks fourth behind Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders, Alabama’s Jalen Milroe, and Georgia’s Carson Beck.
