Presentation From District Technology Department Received by Wauseon Board of Education

Technology in Education and the Importance of Supporting Local News.

The Wauseon Board of Education held their meeting on Monday, June 24th at 5:01 p.m. During the meeting, the board moved to approve the current agenda with additions. Director of Technology Josh Oyer then delivered a presentation to the board.

In his presentation, Oyer spoke to the board about various projects and initiatives related to technology in the Wauseon Schools. He provided updates and insights into how technology is being integrated into the educational environment to benefit students and staff.

Meanwhile, a newspaper has reminded subscribers of the importance of supporting local news organizations. By purchasing access to their website and E-Edition, readers are supporting a family-owned, resident-operated small business dedicated to providing local news coverage. For just $2.00, readers can access a week’s worth of news content and the E-Edition, or they can choose a traditional print subscription for additional benefits. This small investment helps sustain the efforts of the newspaper staff who work tirelessly to bring local news to the community.
