For over a century, the Manke family has been a prominent part of Menomonee Falls. Robin Manke, in particular, is committed to her community and has made significant contributions to it. She owns Robin’s Nest, a store that sells current fashion with a focus on USA-made garments. Her store has been in operation since 1982 and is located next to her dad’s shop, Dan’s Tog Shop, one of the oldest contiguous businesses in Menomonee Falls.
With a family history dating back to the 1890s, Robin Manke is passionate about her community. She has worked with the Menomonee Falls Food Pantry for many years and taught Sunday school for over 50 years. Despite being humble about her achievements, her friends and community recognize her dedication and commitment to making Menomonee Falls a better place.
In recent years, businesses in Menomonee Falls have seen significant growth, turning the village into a destination for art galleries, gift shops, improved parks, and new restaurants and bars. Robin Manke remains devoted to maintaining a vibrant and lively downtown area and plans to continue her work there.
