Rising Star in Wealth Management: Ayla Kalani Takes on New Role as President of Los Angeles and Santa Barbara Regions

Ayla Kalani has recently joined Northern Trust as the President of the Los Angeles and Santa Barbara Regions. In this role, she will be leading teams that focus on providing services to high-net-worth individuals and families. Her territory includes Century City, Pasadena, and Santa Barbara, where offices are dedicated to delivering exceptional service, renowned expertise, and an innovative goals-driven wealth management approach for clients.

Before joining Northern Trust, Kalani worked at J.P. Morgan Private Bank as the Market Team Lead for the Pacific Central Coast. Throughout her career, she has held roles in investment management, private banking, and business development both in New York City and California. Kalani holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Columbia University.

Kalani is not only a successful professional but also an active community member. She serves on the board of directors for CASA Pacifica and has volunteered with organizations such as Octane OC, United Way of Orange County, World Affairs Council, and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Iran.

Kalani’s experience in investment management and private banking will be instrumental in her new role at Northern Trust as she leads teams focused on providing exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals and families. With her expertise in this area combined with her passion for giving back to the community through volunteer work and board memberships, Kalani is well positioned to excel in her new position at Northern Trust.
