Midi Health and Keck Medicine of USC join forces to enhance women’s healthcare

Revolutionizing Women’s Midlife Health: Midi Health and Keck Medicine Collaborate for Personalized Care

Midi Health, a clinic that specializes in midlife women’s health, has announced a collaboration with Keck Medicine of USC to provide personalized care plans for individuals going through perimenopause and menopause. This partnership offers women aged 40 and older access to a virtual care platform where they can connect with nurse practitioners who specialize in these stages of life. The nurses are overseen by physicians and researchers, and the platform offers interventions such as lifestyle coaching and prescription medication.

Joanna Strober, CEO and founder of Midi Health, emphasized that this collaboration with Keck Medicine will make expert, personalized midlife care more accessible to female patients in Southern California. “We’re excited to partner with Keck Medicine to offer our patients the best possible care,” said Strober. “With this collaboration, we hope to make it easier for women to receive the support they need during these critical stages of their lives.”

Midi Health has experienced significant growth and expansion in recent years. In 2022, the company secured a $14 million seed investment followed by a $25 million Series A funding round in 2023. They have since expanded their services to all 50 states and partnered with Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston to provide virtual care services to patients. Midi Health has also teamed up with Neurotrack to help determine whether brain fog symptoms in women are related to menopause or potentially serious cognitive impairment. The company recently secured $60 million in a Series B funding round, bringing their total funding to $100 million. Other companies offering virtual care services include Evernow, Ovia Health, and Uplive, focusing on various aspects of women’s health and wellness.

The partnership between Midi Health and Keck Medicine aims to provide an innovative solution for midlife women seeking personalized healthcare plans during perimenopause and menopause stages. By collaborating with experts from both institutions, the platform is expected to deliver comprehensive support that addresses all aspects of physical and mental health concerns experienced by these patients.

In conclusion, this collaboration represents an exciting opportunity for women seeking expert care during midlife stages. It not only makes personalized healthcare more accessible but also provides an effective solution that helps them live better lives overall.
