Randolph senior Talon Rowland has officially committed to attending Charleston Southern University on a track & field scholarship. The decision comes after years of hard work and dedication to the sport, and Talon is excited to represent his school and community at the collegiate level.
Talon recently signed his national letter of intent, surrounded by his family and coaches. His sprinting coach, Nick Abdo, and Randolph’s athletic director, Shawn Huntington, were among those present at the signing. Talon’s mother, Jonah Rowland, and his sisters Ryann and Gracyn, were also in attendance to show their support.
The Randolph community is proud of Talon’s accomplishment and wishes him the best of luck in his future endeavors at the collegiate level. This significant milestone marks a new chapter in Talon’s athletic career, and he is well-prepared to excel both academically and athletically at Charleston Southern University under the guidance of coach Sean Ode.
