Rams Retain Safety John Johnson: A Look at His Impressive Contribution to the Team

The Rams have officially signed Safety John Johnson to a new contract, keeping him on the team for another season. Johnson, 28, had been a free agent since March but is now set to return to the Rams after spending time with the Cleveland Browns in the previous years.

Johnson was originally drafted by the Rams in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft. He played four seasons with the team before moving to the Browns for two seasons. In 2023, he returned to the Rams and appeared in all 17 games, starting in eight of them.
