Upcoming Rabies Clinics hosted by Mobile County Health Department at Affordable Prices

“Rabies Clinics and Addiction Awareness: Mobile County Health Department’s Efforts to Keep Residents Safe and Supportive”

In July, the Mobile County Health Department is hosting a series of low-cost rabies clinics for dogs, cats, and ferrets. These clinics are designed to provide an affordable option for pet owners to ensure their animals are protected against this dangerous disease. The schedule for the clinics includes July 6 at the City of Mobile Animal Shelter, July 13 at the Mobile County Animal Shelter, July 13 at Pet Supplies Plus, July 20 at Kuddles-N-Kisses Connection in Bayou La Batre, and July 27 at B&B Pet Stop.

In addition to these clinics, one Orange Beach mother is looking to help addicts after losing her daughter to a fentanyl overdose. This tragic story highlights the importance of addressing addiction issues and providing support to those who are struggling. It serves as a reminder that addiction can have devastating consequences and that we must work together to find solutions that can help those in need.

For more information on the rabies clinics hosted by the Mobile County Health Department or any other health-related matters, interested individuals can visit the department’s website. These events are just one way that the MCHD is working hard to improve the health and wellbeing of residents in Mobile County.
