Cargotec underwent a division, with Kalmar becoming its own publicly listed company. Analysts estimated that Kalmar represented slightly over 40 percent of the total value. Cargotec’s share price closed at around EUR 47.2, while Kalmar closed at approximately EUR 26.4. Kepler Cheuvreux updated Cargotec’s target price in response to the split.
