New Mental Health Clinics Unveiled in Underserved Chattanooga Communities to Address Critical Need

The Office of Community Health (OCE) in Chattanooga has recently introduced new mental health clinics to address the needs of underserved communities in the area. These services are made available through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Minority Health, and will be offered at community centers located in neighborhoods identified by the Office of Mayor Tim Kelly as having a higher need for mental health care.

These new mental health clinics are a result of partnerships between OCE and several organizations, including AIM Center, First Baptist Cares, Align Wellness, Lifespring, and Mission Medicos. Each organization brings unique resources and expertise to ensure that individuals in underserved communities receive the care they need.

Individuals who are interested in making an appointment at one of these mental health clinics can do so by scanning the QR code provided below. This new initiative by OCE aims to bridge the gap in mental health services and provide vital care to those who need it most in Chattanooga.
