Nancy Fowl to steer Iowa Metropolis Space Growth/ Enterprise Partnership

IOWA CITY — Nancy Fowl, former government director of the Iowa Metropolis Downtown District, has been named CEO of the newly merged Iowa Metropolis Space Growth and Iowa Metropolis Enterprise Partnership.
