Muller Technology, a leading provider of factory automation solutions, is set to debut custom mobile robotic systems at NPE2024 in Orlando, FL from May 6th to 10th. The company’s new Mobile Manipulators (MoMas) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) are designed to revolutionize traditional downstream automation by allowing for continuous operation 24/7 while decreasing OSHA recordable events.
The MoMa combines the capabilities of an AMR and a cobot, equipped with a vision-based end-of-arm tool. These MoMas can operate in cleanrooms for microprocessor production, providing automation beyond basic transportation of goods. With the ability to pick up items from shelves, assemble components, place delicate objects, and carry empty or full boxes or pallets, the MoMa can execute repetitive assembly processes and transport goods to warehouses or trucks with ease.
In addition to its MoMas and AMRs, Muller acts as a comprehensive automation solution provider for plastics processors. The company offers services from the mold to case packers and end-of-line logistics. Muller has partnered with Omron to manufacture AMRs and serves as an Omron Certified Systems Integrator at its facilities in Colorado and Switzerland. This partnership allows Muller to integrate advanced robotics technology into turnkey automation operations that improve plant efficiency and cost reduction.
Carsten Eisenkrämer, Group CEO of Muller Technology emphasized the company’s commitment to innovation and providing advanced solutions that address the challenges faced by the manufacturing industry. With its latest product line and service offerings, Muller aims to empower plastics manufacturers to achieve higher levels of efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
In a recent project involving AMRs led by Muller, 23 employees were promoted to higher-level roles within their operation demonstrating the positive impact of automation on plant efficiency and cost reduction. Attendees can visit Muller at Booth S12171 during NPE2024 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando FL., where they can learn more about these cutting-edge automation solutions that are poised to revolutionize the industry.
Overall, Muller’s innovative approach to factory automation is set to transform traditional manufacturing processes by increasing efficiency, productivity
