Michigan State basketball is gearing up for their 2023-24 season and they are looking to rebound from their disappointing loss to James Madison, a team that gained a lot of attention throughout the college basketball season. However, this season starts with a more manageable opponent lined up for the Spartans. They will face off against Niagara of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference on Nov. 7 to kick off their 2024-25 season.
Tom Izzo and the Spartans are determined to make a strong start in this new one. By facing a potentially less formidable opponent in Niagara, they will have a chance to showcase their skills and set the tone for the season ahead.
