Arizona Regional MLS Collaborates with Lone Wolf Technologies

Maximizing Market Knowledge: ARMLS and Lone Wolf Team Up to Launch Cloud CMA Tool

The Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) has teamed up with Lone Wolf Technologies to provide ARMLS subscribers with a valuable tool that will help agents navigate the current market. This new tool, called Cloud CMA, offers real-time reports and presentation tools to give agents the information they need to guide their clients through buying and selling homes.

According to James Marcus from ARMLS, real estate agents must demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of the market, especially during uncertain times when buyers and sellers are unsure of what to expect. With Cloud CMA, agents can showcase their expertise and set themselves apart from the competition.

This partnership between ARMLS and Lone Wolf is not new for 2021. In April, Lone Wolf announced a partnership with the Northern Nevada Regional MLS (NNRMLS) to launch HomeSpotter, a mobile app that allows agents to personalize their home search app with their brand. This move was based on a joint study conducted with real estate consulting firm T360, which revealed that the average brokerage uses 20 different software tools daily, doubling since 2020.

Looking ahead, Lone Wolf plans to expand its offerings by introducing the Lone Wolf Foundation platform to support various products being rolled out this year. Lisa Mihelcich from Lone Wolf emphasizes the importance of agents proving their value to potential clients amid ongoing uncertainty in the market, turning challenges into opportunities for growth.

Overall, this partnership between ARMLS and Lone Wolf will provide valuable tools for real estate agents navigating today’s market while helping them demonstrate their expertise and stand out in a competitive field.
