Lucille Dixon Biggio, 92, of Steubenville, Ohio, handed away on Monday, March 13, 2023. She was born in Mount Lebanon, Pennsylvania, on November 9, 1930, a daughter of the late Elmer H. and Victoria Carlson Dixon. Lucille was a 1948 Mount Lebanon Excessive College graduate and a member of Grace Lutheran Church.
