Lazio and Hellas Verona Left Back Reach Personal Agreement

Lazio Close to Signing Hellas Verona’s Juan Cabal for €20 Million

Lazio is in talks with Juan Cabal, the left-back for Hellas Verona, for a potential transfer to the Italian capital. The Biancocelesti are looking to strengthen their squad under Marco Baron’s leadership, with a left-back being a top priority.

Amid uncertainties surrounding Elseid Hysaj and Luca Pellegrini, Lazio is in need of a more reliable option in that position. The club has been actively seeking players in this area, and Cabal could be the solution to their problems.

According to reports, Lazio is close to finalizing a deal with Hellas Verona for Cabal, with a transfer fee of around €20 million plus add-ons being discussed. Cabal still has three years left on his contract with Verona. Nicolo Schira has reported that Lazio has agreed to personal terms with Cabal, bringing the transfer one step closer to completion.

Cabal, a 23-year-old Colombian, has played 1503 minutes in 22 Serie A matches this season for Hellas Verona. With his potential move to Lazio on the horizon, the club can now focus on other areas of the transfer market and build on their current successes under Baron’s leadership.
