OTC offering free course on starting a childcare business on Monday night

Launching Your Childcare Business: A Free Course in Bulloch County”.

Childcare services are in high demand in Bulloch County and its surrounding areas, and Ogeechee Technical College is offering a free course on launching a childcare business to meet this growing need. The course will take place on Monday, April 8, 2024, from 5-7pm in the Oak Room of the Jack Hill Building on the OTC campus.

During the sessions, attendees will gain valuable insights from the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning and experienced childcare professionals. They will share essential resources and strategies for successfully starting a licensed childcare facility or in-home learning center.

The course will cover topics such as how to open a childcare business, how to run a childcare program from your home, how to expand your current childcare business, education and job opportunities in Early Childhood Care & Education, and available financial resources.
