Joining the Essentia Health Team: Meet Sarah Marinov, a Dedicated Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner

Sarah Marinov is an advanced practice registered nurse and certified nurse practitioner specializing in obstetrics and gynecology who is thrilled to be joining the Essentia Health-32nd Avenue Clinic. Originally from Hawley, Minnesota and an Army veteran, Marinov has had positive experiences with Essentia as both an employee and a patient, which is why she chose to join their team.

Marinov received her medical education from Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, Kentucky and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She discovered her passion for labor and delivery during her clinical rotations in nursing school and decided to further her education to become a women’s health nurse practitioner. She is dedicated to promoting women’s wellness and providing patient-centered care.

“I strongly believe in patient-centered care and listening to what my patients’ needs are,” Marinov stated. “I want to be a supportive, safe provider that can advocate for women to improve their overall health and well-being.”
