James Graff has been welcomed to The Post’s Business staff as the new Tech Policy Editor

James Graff, experienced journalist and tech policy expert, to join The Post’s Business staff as Tech Policy Editor

James Graff, a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in shaping coverage of the tech industry, is set to join The Post’s Business staff as the Tech Policy Editor. In this role, he will be involved in reporting on efforts in Washington, state capitals, and around the world to regulate the tech sector, which has an increasingly significant influence on all aspects of society.

Before joining The Post, Jamie was executive editor of The Week, a news magazine with editions across different countries. Prior to that, he worked as an editor and bureau chief for Time, with assignments in various cities around the world. Some of his most notable experiences include covering the siege of Sarajevo, the birth of the Euro, and a story on the mismanagement of the Lascaux Caves in France.

Jamie is originally from Kentucky and was raised in Cleveland. He holds a BA in humanities from the University of Chicago and studied history at the University of Munich. He currently resides in Washington with his wife and enjoys cycling and playing the piano.

We are thrilled to welcome Jamie to The Post team and look forward to his contributions as our Tech Policy Editor. His first day with us will be on July 8th.
