The 2024 World’s Strongest Man competition is in full swing, with Tom Stoltman currently leading the way after the first day of events. Mitchell Hooper and Evan Singleton are close behind as they head into the final day of competition.
On Day 1, the athletes participated in three events: Knaack Giant’s Medley, Max Axle, and Keg Toss in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Stoltman, a two-time winner of the title in 2021 and 2022, tied for first place in Keg Toss with Hooper and Derwinsky. Singleton secured a win in Knaack Giant’s Medley with a time of 30.21 seconds, while Andrade and Stoltman finished second and third respectively.
In terms of points, Stoltman is currently leading with 26.5 points, followed by Hooper with 23.5 points and Singleton with 23 points. The competition is stiff, with each competitor looking to secure their place at the top of the leaderboard before it’s over.
As they move into the second and final day of competition, the athletes will face off against Reign Total Body Fuel Conan’s Wheel, BFGoodrich Tires HD Terrain Deadlift, and Atlas Stones to determine the ultimate victor. With a close race between the top contenders, this day promises to be intense as they battle it out for the coveted title of World’s Strongest Man.
