Huddersfield Town Signs Valuable Midfielder Herbie Kane on Three-Year Deal from Barnsley

Huddersfield Town has announced the signing of midfielder Herbie Kane on a three-year deal. The 25-year-old joins the club on a free transfer after leaving Barnsley at the end of his contract. Kane previously played under Huddersfield’s former Barnsley boss Michael Duff during his time at Oakwell.

Having had experience at a high level during his time at Liverpool and Barnsley, Kane brings valuable skills and expertise to the Huddersfield Town squad. The midfielder emphasized his focus on working hard alongside his new teammates in pre-season to ensure a great start to the season and maintain momentum in what he acknowledges as a tough division.

Kane made 43 League One appearances for Barnsley last season, scoring nine goals. He expressed his excitement about joining Huddersfield Town, stating, “I couldn’t be happier to be joining Huddersfield Town at such an exciting time, and I’m really looking forward to the season ahead.”
