Michigan State football secures commitment from 3-star defensive back Aydan West

Highly Versatile Defensive Back Aydan West Commits to Join Michigan State Spartans 2025 Football Program

Michigan State University has secured a new recruit for its 2025 football program, with Aydan West committing to join the Spartans. West is a defensive back from Gaithersburg, Maryland, and had received offers from several power conference schools including Boston College, Cincinnati, Duke, Maryland, Penn State, Pitt, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest and West Virginia.

West is highly versatile and can excel at any position in the defensive backfield. He stands at 6’0″ and weighs 185 pounds, bringing size and athleticism to the team. His addition will add depth and skill to the defensive lineup as he is capable of playing as a cornerback or safety at the college level.
