Healthcare on Wheels: Nueces County Community Action Service Center to Host Free Health Screenings and Immunizations with Mobile Clinic on March 27

On Wednesday, March 27, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the Nueces County Community Action Service Center will be visited by the Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District’s Mobile Clinic. The Service Center is located at 1006 22nd Street, Corpus Christi, TX, 78405.

During this time, the Public Health Mobile Clinic will offer various services at no cost. These services include blood pressure screenings, BMI (Body Mass Index) screenings, immunizations, diabetes screening and education, wellness counseling resources, and referrals to community resources.

Specifically, the Mobile Clinic will provide children vaccines for those up to 18 years of age who meet eligibility requirements such as being Medicaid eligible, uninsured or underinsured. Additionally, they will offer flu vaccines for anyone in need.
