Thirty-five years later, he leads a company with 30 sites and 650 employees in France, with 180 of them located in Loiret. This growth was something he could never have imagined when he opened his first agency in 1989 in Fleury-les-Aubrais, Loiret.
Today, his company is one of the top five players in the market and likely the leading independent one. Over the years, Burban acknowledges that the pallet market is closely linked to the economy and can fluctuate accordingly. Despite experiencing a slowdown in the market this year, with turnover projected to drop by 10%, Burban remains optimistic about the future.
As a determined leader who has been steering his company for many years, Burban is looking forward to continuing to grow and evolve his business for many more years to come. He has no plans of slowing down anytime soon and is considering acquiring new companies to expand his business even further. With a strong vision and a sense of determination, Burban remains committed to continuing to lead his company into an exciting future. Time may fly by, but for him, this journey is far from over.
