
Extension of Expertise Modernization Fund Program By 2030 Proposed in Invoice Revision
The Modernizing Authorities Expertise Reform Act of 2023, launched by Reps. Gerry Connolly and Nancy Mace, goals to make key revisions to the legislation that established the federal authorities’s Expertise Modernization Fund. The unique legislation, known as the Modernizing Authorities Expertise Act, was handed in 2017. The brand new invoice seeks to reauthorize the TMF till 2030 and improve its funding by $50 million.
