Buffalo Museum of Science Hosts Eclipse-A-Palooza Event

Experience Eclipse-A-Palooza: A Week of Solar Eclipse Education at the Buffalo Museum of Science!

Plan your spring break with your family and head to the Buffalo Museum of Science for Eclipse-A-Palooza. This week-long event is dedicated to the upcoming Solar Eclipse on April 8th. Each day will feature activities that will educate visitors about the eclipse, including what happens during an eclipse, the technology used to observe astronomical events, and even an Eclipse Eve celebration.

The Buffalo Museum of Science has been named a “subject matter expert site” by NASA for the days leading up to the eclipse. NASA scientists and educators will be on hand to host programming throughout the weekend before the eclipse. Eclipse-A-Palooza will take place from April 1st to 7th, with activities running from 10AM to 2PM each day. Entry to the exhibits is included with regular museum admission, and Buffalo Public School students can enjoy free admission on April 5th to 7th. Please note that the museum will be closed on April 8th.
