This move is part of STEMMER’s plan to expand its presence in North America, adding to its existing locations in Mexico and Latin America. The acquisition is set to be finalized in the second quarter of 2024.
Phase 1 Technology specializes in distributing a wide range of machine vision products, such as cameras, sensors, lenses, industrial lighting, frame grabbers, and interface boards. Their focus is primarily on serving customers in the North American market. Through partnerships with top manufacturers like JAI, Teledyne, Hamamatsu, Baumer, and Sony, Phase 1 Technology offers a comprehensive selection of industrial vision products to their clients. This acquisition will allow STEMMER to offer an even wider range of products and services to its clients in North America.
