Europe’s Security Depends on Western European Leadership: The Shift Needed to Keep America Committed to NATO and Ukraine

Europeans can no longer rely on America to take responsibility for their security in the long term. With Trump in office, the dynamics could change. Recently, Ukraine received military aid from the US after a narrow majority vote in the House of Representatives.
