Borrell promises Kuleba increased military support from the EU for Ukraine

EU to Increase Military Support for Ukraine in the Face of Russia’s Aggression; Diverse Online Conversations Highlight Variety of Interests and Topics

On Wednesday, the High Representative for Foreign Policy of the EU, Josep Borrell, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dimitro Kuleba, in Brussels to discuss Ukraine’s needs and coordinate EU support. Borrell assured Kuleba that the EU will increase its military support for Ukraine in the face of Russia’s aggression.

The two also reaffirmed their commitment to providing ammunition and financial support through the €5 billion Ukraine Assistance Fund. Borrell emphasized the need for a Peace Summit with international participation to end the conflict in Ukraine. He invited Kuleba to attend the next Foreign Affairs Council in April to discuss these matters further.
