Emoji Co. and Unis Technology have joined forces to bring the iconic emoji brand to life in a physical location. The collaboration, brokered by WildBrain CPLG, aims to create new family entertainment centers (FEC) that will allow fans to immerse themselves in the world of emojis like never before.
The first flagship Emojiplanet entertainment centers are set to open in the U.S., Canada, and China, with plans to expand globally in the future. These centers will offer visitors a range of emoji-themed experiences, including arcade games, crane machines, exclusive merchandise, and more.
Unis Technology is no stranger to immersive gaming experiences, having manufactured popular games such as Piñata Smashlings Crane and The Addams Family coin-op game. Emoji Co. GmbH has over 1,400 licensing partners worldwide, including Sony Pictures Animation and Burger King.
Steven Tan, General Manager of Unis Technology, commented on the collaboration as a significant milestone for both companies. “We’re excited about this partnership and look forward to creating vibrant spaces where families can engage with the Emoji brand in a whole new way.”
