Boosting Our Economy: The Impact of Local Dive Retail on Driving Growth

Elevate Your Home: Discover Unique Mid-Century Furniture and Retro Housewares at Local Dive Retail in Chattanooga

Local Dive Retail is a unique retail store located on Cherokee Boulevard in Chattanooga. The store offers a variety of mid-century furniture, retro housewares, clothes, shoes, and handmade items. Andie Bost, one of the owners, mentioned that all items in the store are unique, affordable and do not collect dust. The store rents vendor booths to individuals who come in and set up their items for sale. Customers can customize their booths with framing and lighting options available for purchase.

Jack Tatum, another owner of the store, stated that they have independent vendors selling clothes at Local Dive Retail. These vendors restock new items a couple of times a month to keep customers engaged. This setup allows the owners to make passive income while customers shop in the store. Seeing customers delighted by the products brings joy to the owners.

Local Dive Retail is part of Northshore Vintage Market which includes 25 vendors selling vintage clothing, food trucks, bands, warehouse DJs and groups coming together on the last Saturday of every month. The store is conveniently located at 607 Cherokee Boulevard right behind Ziggy’s Bar. The business hours are from 10 am to 6 pm on Monday through Friday and from 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday. They are closed on Wednesdays.
