Economic War in Ukraine: The Effectiveness of Sanctions and their Wider Implications

As the world focuses on Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, it is important to recognize the economic war that is happening simultaneously. The US and EU have imposed sanctions on Russia in an effort to hinder its ability to continue the war. However, there are those who suggest that these sanctions are ineffective. Agathe is an expert on sanctions and she discussed economic countermeasures with Ilana. They also delved into the global economic situation from demographics to corporate interests and considered their future impact.
