Kylie Watson appointed as APAC security lead at DXC Technology

DXC Technology Promotes Kylie Watson to Manage Security Services in Asia Pacific and Middle East Regions

Kylie Watson, who previously led security in Australia and New Zealand, has been promoted by DXC Technology to now oversee the Asia Pacific (APAC) and Middle East and Africa (MEA) regions. Based in Sydney, Watson will be responsible for helping customers in these regions improve their cybersecurity posture through advisory and managed security services.

Watson joined DXC earlier this year as head of security for A/NZ, following a year as a cyber security and digital trust partner at PwC Australia. With a background in the Australian Army and leadership roles at companies like SAP, Deloitte, HP, and IBM, she brings two decades of IT experience across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Thailand.

Seelan Nayagam, president at DXC Technology for APAC and MEA, praised Watson’s fit within the company’s culture and her dedication to creating environments where everyone can thrive. Watson’s promotion signifies DXC’s focus on expanding cybersecurity services and supporting customers across different industries and geographies in the APAC and MEA regions.
