Dodgeball Frenzy: St. Joseph’s First-Ever Local Business Tournament Set for May 29th

In St. Joseph, the first-ever Local Business Dodgeball Tournament will be held next month. This event is an opportunity for participants to showcase their dodgeball skills and compete against others in a friendly tournament. Rhonda Juell, the Director of St. Joe Parks and Recreation, was inspired to organize this event after attending a successful dodgeball tournament in Arizona.

She reached out to businesses in St. Joseph to gauge interest in the tournament, which will be held on May 29th at Kennedy Community School. Companies from outside of St. Joseph are also invited to participate, with each team requiring a minimum of eight players. Juell hopes to attract 16 teams to compete in the double-elimination format tournament, with the winning team receiving a championship trophy to proudly display.

Registration for the event is $20 per team and must be completed by May 23rd. Anyone interested in participating or looking for more information can visit the provided link for registration details. This event promises to bring together local businesses for some friendly competition and promote camaraderie through sport. Don’t miss your chance to join in on the action and showcase your dodgeball skills at this unique event in St. Joseph!
