Dehydration: A Silent Danger in Sharv – Understanding the Risks and Symptoms
Dehydration is the main concern in Sharv as our bodies lose large amounts of fluids that make up around 70% of our body. When we become dehydrated, the body attempts to cool itself down and regulate rising body heat. However, the feeling of thirst often arrives too late, leading to a potentially life-threatening situation.
Mild dehydration can cause symptoms such as thirst, loss of appetite, dry skin, and decreased physical ability to perform even light tasks. Moderate dehydration may result in thirst, reduced urine volume with a darker color, fatigue, dry mouth, headaches, and dizziness. Additionally, drastic drops in blood pressure when transitioning from sitting to standing can lead to dizziness and fainting.
