
Collin Lee Appointed as SAIC’s Vice President of Business Development for Space
Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) has appointed Collin Lee as its space business development vice president. Lee previously worked as VP of intelligence systems at General Dynamics’ (NYSE: GD) mission systems business, where he was with the subsidiary for five years.
Lee has a 23-year career that has revolved around business consulting, defense and intelligence. After earning a bachelor’s degree in public administration from James Madison University, he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as senior consultant and later got a similar post at Booz Allen Hamilton in 2003.
In May 2007, Lee became legislative liaison at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, where he stayed for more than four years before being appointed as director of legislative affairs at the National Security Council. During his time at GDMS, Lee served as director of strategy and business development and was also named director of the company’s Frontiers space technology incubator.
