CDCR Requests Bids for Water Treatment Technology Services

CDCR Seeks Bids for Maintenance and Repair of SCADA System at California State Prison, Solano Water Treatment Plant

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) has issued a request for quotation (RFQ) for maintenance, calibration, inspection, and repair services on the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system at the California State Prison, Solano water treatment plant. The performance period for this agreement will extend from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2027, with an initial agreement not exceeding $180,000 according to RFQ documents.

If it is deemed in the best interest of the CDCR, the resulting agreement may be amended to lengthen the term and/or increase funding consistent with the original scope of services. The solicitation was released on March 21 and requires interested vendors to participate in a mandatory walk-through of the facility before submitting a quote package. Walk-throughs must be arranged through Martha Gallegos and Billy Ray Butler by April 5.
